HOW IT IS BUILT

One label. Four decisions that have to work together.

Surface protection, printed face stock, adhesive, and liner are specified around your product and application.

01

Protective Film

Selected around moisture, abrasion, handling, and shelf presentation.

02

Printed Face Stock

Material, print route, and finishing carry the visible design.

03

Adhesive Layer

Matched to the application surface, environment, and labeling process.

04

Release Liner

Specified for converting, dispensing, roll construction, and clean release.

Flexible launch runs

HP Indigo Digital

Multiple SKUs, design changes, and a faster route to press-ready production.

Repeat volume

Flexographic & PS Plate

Efficient production routes for stable programs and recurring supply.

Finishing & Converting

Die cutting, lamination, varnish, foil, inspection, slitting, and rewinding.

Production control

A finished roll should still tell the story of the job.

The approved specification stays connected through printing, converting, rewinding, and packing. Each handoff checks the next requirement instead of starting from memory.

Production record Specification / Print / Convert / Pack VANSENOR · JOB CONTROL
01 / SPEC

Application defined

Surface, environment, label format, dimensions, and quantity profile are brought into one working brief.

02 / PRINT

Reference aligned

Artwork, material, color reference, and the selected production route are confirmed before the run.

03 / CONVERT

Construction checked

Finish, die-cut, adhesive, roll direction, core, and rewinding requirements remain tied to the job.

04 / PACK

Handoff confirmed

Quantity, roll construction, packing, and destination details are reviewed before shipment.

MOQ depends on the specification. Smaller quantities can be reviewed for digital production; repeat volume can be assessed for rotary efficiency. Minimum quantities and setup costs are confirmed with the quote.
