Vansenor is the trading brand of Dongguan Wanshengyuan Paper Products Co., Ltd. The registered Chinese company name is 东莞市万笙源纸制品有限公司. We operate this website and respond to label quotations, sample requests, distributor inquiries and general business messages.

Registered business address: Block 7, Room 502, No. 8 Zutang Road, Liaobu, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• Your name, company, work email, telephone or WhatsApp number and shipping destination.
• Project information such as product type, dimensions, quantities, materials, finishes, application conditions, delivery timing and purchasing requirements.
• Files you choose to upload, including artwork, photographs, dielines, material specifications and sample references.
• Communications, quotation history and follow-up notes connected with the inquiry.
• Technical information needed for security and operation, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, page source and submission diagnostics.

How we use information

We use personal and business information to:

• Review inquiries and prepare quotations, samples or technical follow-up questions.
• Assess production feasibility, artwork readiness, materials, finishing and delivery requirements.
• Communicate about an active or potential business relationship and administer accepted orders.
• Arrange sea or air delivery and provide the necessary shipping information to the selected carrier or logistics provider.
• Protect the website, prevent spam, measure website performance and investigate submission or delivery failures.
• Maintain records required for business administration, payment, tax, contract, quality, dispute or other applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to take steps requested before a contract, to perform a contract, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate business interests such as responding to B2B inquiries and securing the website. Consent is used where required, including for optional marketing, analytics and advertising technologies.

Artwork and uploaded files

Uploaded files are treated as confidential inquiry material and are used only to evaluate the request, communicate with you and support an agreed quotation or order. A public RFQ upload is a reference handoff, not confirmation that a file is production-ready.

During quotation review, access is limited to authorized sales, quotation and management personnel. When a project becomes an accepted order, authorized prepress, production or quality personnel may access the files needed to complete that order.

Internal email notifications use a protected download link rather than attaching the file. The current link expires after 14 days. Authorized personnel may still access the stored inquiry record while it is retained for business review.

Do not upload payment-card information, passwords, government identity documents, medical records or other unrelated sensitive personal information.

Service providers and international processing

We do not sell personal information, customer artwork or inquiry details, and we do not provide them to third parties for the third party’s own marketing.

We may use providers that are necessary to operate the website and business workflow, including WordPress hosting, Fluent Forms, Cloudflare Turnstile, Brevo, Alibaba Cloud enterprise email, HubSpot CRM, consent-management tools, website analytics, advertising measurement, online chat and embedded video services. A provider receives only the information reasonably needed for the relevant service.

Shipping names, contact details and delivery addresses may be provided to the selected carrier or logistics provider. Project information is not provided to a material supplier or external production partner for its own use. Where an approved order requires specialist sourcing or outsourced production, only the minimum necessary specification is provided, with identifying information removed where practical and confidentiality requirements applied.

Vansenor operates from China. If you contact us from another country, your inquiry and uploaded files may be transferred to and processed in China. Some website providers may also process limited technical data in other countries. Additional safeguards will be assessed where required by applicable law.

Retention and security

Inquiry contact information and quotation records that do not become an order are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active discussion, dispute or legal obligation.

Uploaded artwork and reference files for projects that do not become an order are normally retained for up to 12 months. If an inquiry becomes an order, the necessary artwork, approval, production, payment, quality and delivery records may be retained with the order documentation for as long as required for accounting, tax, contract, warranty, dispute and other legal or operational purposes.

Security and diagnostic logs may be retained for a shorter period appropriate to fraud prevention, troubleshooting and website protection. We use access controls, private inquiry records and protected file links to reduce unauthorized access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide, correct or delete contact details, company contact information, inquiry notes and uploaded files connected with you. You may also object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or ask for information about an international transfer.

We may need to verify the request. We may retain information that is still required for an accepted order, payment, tax, contract, quality claim, legal obligation, fraud prevention or dispute. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from protected backup copies, which are removed through their normal retention cycle.

We may send optional product or business marketing messages where permitted. You can unsubscribe using the method in the message or by contacting us. Transactional replies about an inquiry, quotation or order are not marketing communications.
