Production system
One label brief.
One connected production path.
Digital, flexographic, PS plate printing and downstream converting are considered together, so the production route follows the job rather than forcing the job onto one machine.
Discuss your specificationRoute selection
Start with the order, then choose the press.
Quantity is one input. SKU count, artwork variation, substrate, finish, application method and repeat-order plans determine which production route makes commercial and technical sense.
Useful when launch timing, multiple SKUs or changing artwork matter more than conventional setup efficiency.
Considered for stable artwork and recurring volumes where the setup can support ongoing production.
A conventional route reviewed against the material, artwork, finishing and required delivery format.
Die cutting, inspection, slitting, rewinding and final presentation are planned as part of the same job.

Flexible production
HP Indigo digital printing
A practical route for samples, launches, shorter runs and multi-SKU programs. It reduces the need to force every version into the same conventional setup while keeping material and finishing decisions within the same production brief.
- Best starting point
- Changing artwork, multiple SKUs or shorter quantities
- Still confirm
- Material, adhesive, finish and application requirements

Repeat production
Flexographic printing
Stable artwork and recurring programs can be assessed for flexographic production. The recommendation considers repeat volume, substrate, ink and finishing needs rather than using one quantity threshold for every label.
- Best starting point
- Repeat orders with established artwork
- Commercial note
- Setup charges are confirmed with the quotation

Conventional printing
Weigang PS plate printing
Multiple Weigang PS plate printing machines support roll-fed pressure-sensitive label work. Press selection follows the artwork, material, color and finishing specification for the actual order.
- Best starting point
- Stable roll-label programs and conventional production
- Route decision
- Confirmed after artwork and material review

After print
Finishing & converting
Printing is only one stage of the finished label. Shape, surface effect, inspection standard, roll direction, core and delivery format are planned before the job reaches the final converting steps.
- Inputs to confirm
- Shape, finish, roll direction, core and labeling method
- Output formats
- Roll, sheet or individual pieces as quoted
Commercial guidance
Quantity reviewed by specification.
Smaller quantities are generally assessed for digital production. Repeat and larger quantities may be assessed for rotary or flexographic production. Setup charges and timing are confirmed with the quotation.
