Website information is a starting point

Materials, processes, images, lead-time references and product descriptions on the website are general planning information. They are not a guarantee that every combination is available, suitable or compliant for a particular application.

Final feasibility, material availability, construction, print route, color, finish, tolerances, testing, price and timing are confirmed through the quotation and approval process.

Quotations, payment and orders

Submitting an RFQ, material request, sample request or distributor inquiry does not create a production order or require Vansenor to accept a project. Each quotation is subject to the validity period, scope, assumptions, exclusions and currency stated in that quotation.

Unless a quotation states otherwise, production is arranged after the required deposit is received and the material, artwork and production specification have been checked and approved. The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment.

Vansenor does not apply one fixed minimum order quantity to every project. Setup, plate, tooling, die-cutting, material sourcing, proofing or machine charges may apply even when the requested quantity is small.

Accepted orders are non-cancellable unless Vansenor agrees otherwise in writing. Deposits and costs already committed to materials, tooling, external processes, artwork work or production are not refundable. Order-specific documents take priority over general website content where they differ.

Artwork, source files and approvals

You are responsible for supplying content that you are authorized to use, including trademarks, product claims, regulated wording, barcodes, images, fonts and other intellectual property. You must not upload confidential third-party information without authority.

File checking is different from design reconstruction. Vansenor may identify technical concerns, but artwork repair, vectorization, re-typesetting or manual redrawing requires an agreed scope and may incur a separate charge.

The customer is responsible for checking and approving proofs, spelling, dimensions, shape, version lists, regulatory copy, barcodes or QR codes, dispense direction, roll construction, colors and finishing instructions before machine setup or production. Screen previews are not a reliable physical color standard.

If the customer requests a change after approving the specification or after machine setup has begun, the resulting material, tooling, setup, rework and scheduling costs are the customer’s responsibility. Vansenor remains responsible for production errors that materially depart from the approved specification.

Any permitted overrun, underrun, dimensional, color or other manufacturing tolerance must be stated in the quotation, proof, specification or order confirmation. These website terms do not create a blanket percentage tolerance.

Production timing, delivery and quality claims

After the required deposit has been received and the material, artwork and production details have been checked and approved, standard orders are generally dispatched within two working weeks. This is an indicative production target, not a guaranteed deadline. Special production processes, custom or specially sourced materials, testing, customer changes, external processes, material availability, public holidays, force majeure and other project-specific circumstances may require additional time. The applicable estimate will be confirmed in the quotation or order documents, and Vansenor will communicate known material changes to the expected schedule.

Dispatch timing does not include transit time. Orders may be delivered by sea freight or air freight as stated in the quotation. FOB applies only when the quotation identifies an FOB shipment and named port. Air shipments and any different delivery arrangement use the trade or delivery term stated in the order documents. Carrier schedules, customs clearance and destination procedures may affect the final delivery date.

The customer must inspect the goods promptly and notify Vansenor in writing of an alleged shortage, damage or production defect within 7 calendar days after receipt. The notice should include the order reference, affected quantity, photographs or video and other reasonable evidence. Carrier damage should also be reported under the applicable shipping procedure.

Where a verified production issue is Vansenor’s responsibility, the parties will discuss a reasonable remedy based on the affected goods and circumstances. A remedy may include rework, replacement, credit, refund or another written solution, but no specific remedy is automatic unless required by applicable law or agreed in the order documents.

Intellectual property

The Vansenor name, website design, original website copy and company-owned images may not be copied or reused except as permitted by law or with written authorization. Customer artwork remains subject to the customer’s and relevant rights holders’ ownership.

Tools, production methods, internal templates, technical know-how and prepress methods used to prepare or manufacture work remain the property of their respective owners unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Product compliance and external production

The customer is responsible for identifying and approving the laws, warnings, product claims, language, symbols, testing, certifications and destination-market requirements applicable to the labeled product, including food-contact, medical, children’s product, chemical and environmental requirements. Vansenor is responsible for producing against the approved specification, but does not independently certify the customer’s finished product unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Vansenor may use approved material suppliers or external production partners for specialist materials, processes or capacity. Only the information reasonably necessary to complete the approved order should be provided, and Vansenor remains the customer’s commercial contact unless the parties agree otherwise.

Website availability and responsibility

We aim to keep website information useful and available, but the website may contain errors or be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific project.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Project-specific warranty, liability and compensation terms may be further defined in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or written agreement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and website-related disputes are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be submitted to a competent People’s Court in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
