A practical fit

Built for partners who manage the customer.

Vansenor focuses on the manufacturing brief while the partner retains control of pricing, account communication and the wider customer relationship.

01

Multi-SKU programs

Launches, artwork changes and mixed quantities that need a flexible digital or conventional production route.

02

Repeat supply

Established label programs that need consistent specifications, reorder information and production planning.

03

Special constructions

Material, adhesive, finishing or converting requirements that need a factory-side technical review.

04

Overflow production

Additional manufacturing support when an approved specification exceeds current internal capacity or equipment fit.

Protection by agreement

Set the communication rules before project details move.

NDA, white-label handling and customer-contact boundaries are reviewed and confirmed in writing for the relationship or project. The website does not replace that agreement.

NDA

Confidential review

Confirm what information is protected, who may access it and how project files should be exchanged.

WHITE LABEL

Neutral manufacturing support

Discuss branding, documents, samples, packing and shipment presentation before the order is released.

CONTACT

Customer communication boundary

Define whether all questions stay partner-led and how any necessary technical communication will be routed.

Working model

One agreed brief, four clear handoffs.

  1. 01

    Profile the program

Share markets served, label categories, typical SKU profile, order frequency and expected support.

  2. 02

    Agree the boundaries

Review confidentiality, customer contact, branding, file exchange and delivery expectations in writing.

  3. 03

    Quote the actual specification

Assess artwork, construction, print route, finishing, setup charges, quantities, packing and destination.

  4. 04

    Build the repeat handoff

Keep approved versions, reorder references and any recurring packing instructions clear for future orders.

Production support

Route each job by its real requirements.

Order size alone does not choose the press. Artwork stability, SKU mix, material, finishing, setup cost and repeat demand are reviewed together.

Specification guide

Label manufacturing support for distributors and print brokers

Vansenor works with label distributors, packaging suppliers and print brokers on defined custom label specifications. Digital short runs and conventional production can be assessed around artwork, material and repeat demand.

Materials & adhesive
Send an existing material code, construction sheet or physical reference. Where exact matching is not possible, alternative face stocks and adhesives need approval before production.
Printing & finishing
Digital work uses CMYK or CMYK plus white. Dedicated spot inks and conventional production are reviewed against order size and setup. Finishing, inspection and roll requirements form part of the quoted specification.
What to include in your brief
Provide quantities per SKU, repeat forecast, artwork, delivery destination and packing instructions. Request NDA, white-label handling or customer-contact terms before exchanging protected project details.

Common questions

Can you ship with white-label packing?

White-label handling and packing instructions can be discussed for the order. Branding, documents and destination arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

Do repeat orders always have the same price and lead time?

No. Material availability, design changes, quantities, setup and freight can change. Reference the approved prior specification and request an updated quotation.
